The band summer season has now come to an end, with the Frampton Country Fair being our last outdoor performance for the summer.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as good as it might have been, and band members had to put on wet weather gear during the break! 

A few weeks previously we were lucky to have a much drier day for playing outside the majestic Pump Room in Pittville Park, Cheltenham.  The Ionic columns of the Pump Room’s colonnade provided a lovely background setting for our concert, and the audience were entertained to a selection of light pieces while they relaxed in the park on a Sunday afternoon.

Our next event is the Armistice Parade and Service in Frampton on Remembrance Sunday, and then we will be preparing for our Christmas concert in the Cadbury Hall on Saturday 9 December – hope to see you there!
